QuickApply is a browser extension that fills job applications. It is built so that your personal details stay in your browser. This policy explains what stays there, what our server keeps, and what goes to other services you choose. QuickApply is run by Quick Apply, Sharkia, Egypt (“we”). Contact: [email protected].
Your profile, CV and other documents, saved answers, application history, settings and AI API keys are stored only in your browser’s extension storage. We never receive them. You can export them (Settings → Export backup) or delete them (Settings → Delete everything) at any time.
We use this to sign you in, count your free fills, know whether you have Pro, count how many people use QuickApply, and improve which application forms QuickApply fills well. We don’t sell it, use it for advertising, or share it except with the processors below.
Render (server hosting for this website and the service), Neon (the database, in the United States), Cloudflare (network protection in front of it), Google (sign-in) and Paddle (payments).
Your account and subscription records: until you delete your account (billing records Paddle must keep are kept by Paddle). Sign-in sessions: up to 180 days. Free fills that were given back and payment notifications: 30 days.
Delete your account any time in QuickApply → Plan → Delete my account (cancel a running subscription first). You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, or to correct or delete it, by email. If you are in the EU, UK or another place with data-protection law, you can also complain to your local authority.
QuickApply’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use your data only to provide and improve QuickApply’s single purpose, filling job applications; we never transfer it for advertising, credit decisions or data brokering, and no person reads it except with your consent, for security, or as the law requires.
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS) and sign-in tokens are stored only as one-way hashes. QuickApply isn’t meant for people under 16.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we’ll say so in the extension before it applies.
