QuickApply

Terms of service

Last updated: 4 November 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Quick Apply (“we”) about the QuickApply browser extension and website. By using QuickApply you accept them.

The service

QuickApply fills job application forms from the profile you set up, lists remote jobs, and, if you connect your own AI key, drafts answers to open questions. It never submits an application: you review each form and submit it yourself, and you are responsible for what you send to employers, including anything an AI drafted.

Free trial

Each person gets 3 free form fills, once. A free fill is used when QuickApply fills at least two fields of an application you asked it to fill. Creating extra accounts to get more free fills isn’t allowed.

QuickApply Pro

Pro is a subscription billed monthly or every 3 months. Our reseller Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders and handles payment, taxes, invoices and refunds; Paddle’s buyer terms also apply. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel in QuickApply → Plan → Manage subscription; Pro then stays until the end of the period you paid for. If we change prices, we’ll tell you before your next renewal at the new price. Refunds: see our refund policy.

Fair use

  • Don’t try to get around the free-trial limit or plan checks, for example by modifying the extension, and don’t share your account.
  • Don’t use QuickApply to send applications you haven’t reviewed, or to break the terms of the sites you apply on.
  • Don’t misuse our server (scraping it, overloading it, or probing it for weaknesses without permission).

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Other services

AI providers, job sites and application platforms are run by others, under their own terms. Usage of your AI key is billed to you by your provider. We aren’t responsible for those services or for whether an employer answers.

Our software

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use QuickApply while you follow these terms. The software and brand remain ours.

No warranty and limits of liability

QuickApply is provided “as is”. Forms change often, so some fields may be filled wrongly or left empty: always check before submitting. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that can’t be limited.

Ending

You can stop using QuickApply and delete your account at any time. We may end the service with reasonable notice and refund any prepaid period that remains.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, without taking away consumer protection you have where you live. Questions: [email protected].
