Payments for QuickApply Pro are final, and we don’t offer refunds. That includes the rest of a period you’ve already paid for if you cancel early.
This doesn’t take away any right to cancel or get a refund that the law gives you where you live. Our reseller Paddle handles these requests under its refund policy. Write to [email protected] from the email you paid with, or reply to your Paddle receipt. If we end the service ourselves, we refund any prepaid period that remains.
You can cancel any time in QuickApply → Plan → Manage subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for and aren’t charged again.
